good, but the cake was a bit denser than expected
MT-II from 22EXO had a denser lyo cake than I'm used to. dissolved cleanly though. purity ran 98.4 internal. no issues with results.

purity good, label has typo
Purity is fine, COA matched. Small thing — vial label spelled the lot number with a lowercase L instead of a 1, made me look twice. Maybe just a sticker thing. Otherwise no complaints.

Have been buying sermorelin from 22EXO for over a year. Never a bad lot. Always documented. The fact that they hit deadlines on COA delivery alone is reason to keep ordering.
4 way blend works as advertised
kpv stability in the blend was my main concern but they include a stability statement in the product insert. would buy again. 4 stars only because I'd love a smaller-volume option for pilot studies.

Reliable

good, COA ID peak slightly broadened
Identity peak on our LC-MS was a little broader than the COA's example chromatogram, but mass was correct and purity above 98.2. Nothing actionable, just noting it. Otherwise an excellent product. Will reorder.
LR3 stability is the key and theirs holds up
the long arg-3 variant should resist serum protease cleavage and 22EXO's product has performed correctly in our cell-culture experiments. consistent activity.
good, would like batch reports digitized faster
Quality of the peptide itself is excellent — 99.3% on incoming HPLC, identity confirmed by MALDI-TOF in our own lab. The COA PDF arrived attached to the order email but it took until the next morning, which is fine but slightly slower than a competitor that has a customer portal with auto-generated lot reports. Not a dealbreaker. Product itself is what counts and the product is right.
Good product, MS peak as expected
Mass spec showed expected molecular weight (4963 Da). Purity ran 98.7 on our HPLC, which is essentially identical to the supplier COA. Slight star deduction only because 22EXO ships in foam-only packaging, which I prefer over bubble wrap, but I think they should add a desiccant pack for thermolabile products like TB-500 even though stability data says lyophilized form is fine at ambient for short windows.

good purity, mild reduction-state concern
Reduced GSH is sensitive to oxidation. Their product appears to be in proper reduced form on Ellman's assay but I'd recommend storing at -20C immediately on receipt and using nitrogen overlay if you reconstitute partial volumes. This is a peptide-quality issue not a 22EXO issue.
