1. Research Use Only Agreement

All products sold by 22EXO Laboratories ("22EXO," "we," "us") are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, food additives, drug use, household use, or any form of in-vivo application.

By placing an order on 22exo.com, you represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing these products solely for legitimate research, educational, or laboratory purposes.
• You will not administer these products to humans or animals.
• You will not resell these products as finished consumer goods, supplements, or pharmaceuticals.
• You understand that these products are not drugs, supplements, or therapeutics and have not been approved by any regulatory body for any intended use.

2. FDA Disclaimer

These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No claims of therapeutic efficacy are made or implied. All scientific references on this website are for educational and informational purposes only, citing published peer-reviewed literature.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from 22EXO. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

You assume full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of all products purchased from 22EXO. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of our products.

22EXO's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall 22EXO be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Product Quality & Certificates of Analysis

All products are manufactured to stringent quality standards with purities typically exceeding 98% as verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS). Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request for all active product batches.

While we take every precaution to ensure product integrity, peptides are inherently sensitive compounds. We are not responsible for degradation resulting from improper storage conditions after delivery.

6. Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped from Jessup, Pennsylvania via USPS or UPS. Free shipping is available on orders over $200. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days; express shipping takes 1-2 business days.

We ship with cold packs when appropriate to maintain product integrity. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, tracking information will be provided and the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact support@22exo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to process your order: name, email, shipping address, and payment information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (payment processors, shipping carriers).

Email addresses collected through our newsletter, exit-intent popups, or checkout process may be used to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 22exo.com — including text, images, logos, blog articles, product descriptions, and research summaries — is the property of 22EXO Laboratories and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of 22exo.com shall be resolved in the courts of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.

11. Modifications

22EXO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
