Ordering & Shipping
Order processing, shipping methods, tracking, and delivery
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add products to your cart, and proceed through checkout. We accept all major credit cards and crypto. No account is required, though creating one lets you track orders and manage subscriptions.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer Standard (3–5 business days, free on orders over $200), Priority (2–3 business days, $9.95), and Express (1–2 business days, $19.95). All orders ship from our Jessup, PA facility Monday through Friday.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your Account dashboard or by entering your order number on our order tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is under development and will be available for select countries in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting support. Once an order enters the fulfillment pipeline, changes are not possible. We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and we'll reship at no cost or issue a full refund within 48 hours.
Product Handling
Reconstitution, storage, handling, and product preparation
How do I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?
Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) for reconstitution. Draw the appropriate volume into a syringe and inject slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Do not spray directly onto the lyophilized powder. Gently swirl until completely dissolved — never shake. Specific volumes are listed on each product page.
What is the recommended storage temperature?
Unreconstituted peptides: store at -20°C for long-term (up to 24 months) or 2–8°C for short-term (up to 3 months). Reconstituted peptides: always store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles as this degrades the peptide.
How long do reconstituted peptides last?
What type of water should I use for reconstitution?
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is recommended for most peptides. It contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol which prevents bacterial growth. Sterile water can be used but the solution must be used within 24 hours. Never use tap or distilled water.
Should peptides be protected from light?
Yes. Many peptides are photosensitive. Store vials in a dark environment or wrap in aluminum foil. Our amber-tinted vials provide some UV protection, but additional shielding is recommended for long-term storage.
Purity & Testing
HPLC testing, COAs, quality assurance, and purity verification
What purity level are your peptides?
All 22EXO peptides exceed ≥98% purity as verified by third-party HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis. Many products achieve ≥99% purity. The exact purity for each lot is documented on the Certificate of Analysis.
How do I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Every product page includes a downloadable COA for the current lot. For previous lots or custom documentation needs, submit a support ticket with the lot number and we'll provide the COA within one business day.
What testing methods do you use?
We use HPLC for purity analysis, Mass Spectrometry (MS) for molecular weight confirmation, and microbial testing for sterility. All testing is conducted by independent, GMP-accredited third-party laboratories.
Are your peptides made in the USA?
Yes. All 22EXO peptides are synthesized and quality-tested in US-based facilities. Our supply chain is fully domestic, ensuring consistent quality and fast turnaround from synthesis to shipment.
What does HPLC testing verify?
HPLC separates the components of a sample by passing it through a pressurized column. It identifies and quantifies the target peptide versus impurities, degradation products, and residual solvents. The resulting chromatogram shows peak purity percentage, which we publish on every COA.
Research Protocols
Dosage calculations, research guidelines, and technical information
How do I calculate peptide concentration after reconstitution?
Divide the peptide mass (in mg) by the volume of solvent added (in mL) to get mg/mL. For example, 5 mg reconstituted in 2 mL BAC water = 2.5 mg/mL. Each product page includes a reconstitution calculator with common volumes.
What is the difference between lyophilized and solution-form peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are more stable for storage and shipping — they have a longer shelf life and are less prone to degradation. Solution-form peptides are pre-reconstituted for convenience but must be refrigerated and used within the stated expiry window.
Are your peptides for human use?
All 22EXO products are sold exclusively for research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for food or cosmetic applications. Researchers are responsible for compliance with applicable regulations.
What syringe sizes should I use?
For reconstitution, a standard 1 mL or 3 mL syringe with a 21-gauge needle works well. For measuring smaller doses, insulin syringes (0.3 mL or 0.5 mL with 29–31 gauge needles) offer greater precision. Always use sterile, single-use syringes.
Can different peptides be mixed in the same vial?
While some peptides are chemically compatible when combined, we recommend reconstituting each peptide separately to maintain accurate concentration measurements and avoid potential interactions. Consult published research for specific combination protocols.
Account & Billing
Payments, accounts, subscriptions, discounts, and invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC). All card transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor. Crypto payments receive a 5% discount.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the promo code field on the cart or checkout page and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. An invoice is automatically emailed with your order confirmation. For institutional billing, purchase orders, or custom invoices, contact support with your order number and required billing details.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe & Save lets you set up recurring deliveries at 10% off. Choose your frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days) on any product page. You can pause, modify, or cancel subscriptions anytime from your Account dashboard.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Qualified research institutions, laboratories, and resellers can apply for wholesale accounts with tiered pricing. Visit the Wholesale portal to register. Approval typically takes 1–2 business days after tax ID verification.
