- How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. All orders ship from our Jessup, PA facility with full tracking provided via email.
- What is your return and refund policy?
- We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Opened vials cannot be returned due to quality control requirements.
- How do I request a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
- Every product ships with a COA accessible on its product detail page. If you need a specific lot COA or a PDF copy for your records, submit a ticket below with your order number and we'll send it within one business day.
- How should I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?
- Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) for reconstitution. Slowly inject the BAC water down the inside wall of the vial — never directly onto the lyophilized cake. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake vigorously. Specific reconstitution volumes are listed on each product's detail page.
- What are the storage requirements for peptides?
- Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C (standard refrigerator) for short-term use. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
