Shipping Policy

1. Origin and Carriers

All orders ship from our facility in Jessup, Pennsylvania. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order weight, destination, and the level of service you select at checkout. The carrier and service shown at checkout reflect what is available for your address at that time.

2. Rates and Free Shipping

Standard domestic shipping is a flat $9.99. Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more (after any discounts) ship free via standard service. Express service is available at carrier rates calculated at checkout. Wholesale and institutional orders may be quoted custom shipping based on weight and destination.

3. Transit Times

  • Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Express: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Order processing: 0–1 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day typically ship the same day.

Transit time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs, and carrier capacity issues can cause delays outside our control.

4. Cold-Pack and Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for short transit windows, but we include a cold pack in any shipment where weather, transit time, or product sensitivity warrants it. Cold-pack inclusion is at our discretion at no extra cost. If you require explicit cold-chain shipping, choose Express at checkout or contact us before ordering.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number from the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is generated. If your tracking number does not show movement after two business days, contact support@22exo.com.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide at checkout. Shipments returned to us due to an undeliverable address can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. PO boxes may not be deliverable for express services.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability may change; check the country selector at checkout for the current list. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import licenses, and compliance with local research-chemical regulations.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, file a claim with the carrier first and email us at support@22exo.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.

For packages that arrive damaged, photograph the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the affected vials before discarding anything, and email those photos to support@22exo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

For packages that go missing in transit (no delivery scan), we will work with the carrier to locate the package. If the package is declared lost by the carrier we will reship at no charge or refund the order in full.

9. Discreet Packaging

Outer packaging displays no product names, no chemical descriptions, and no 22EXO branding. The shipping label shows the order weight and a generic return address. This protects chain-of-custody and reduces the risk of tampering or theft.

10. Holidays

We do not ship on federal holidays or weekends. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend are typically dispatched Monday.

11. Changes

We may revise shipping rates, carriers, and transit-time estimates at any time. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
