Highest copper-loading I've measured in a commercial GHK-Cu
Ran inductively coupled plasma analysis to confirm copper content. Their lot had near-stoichiometric Cu loading, which not all suppliers achieve. Excellent product for serious dermal-research work.

Stable and consistent
Used across three rounds of cellular respiration assays. Stability has been good — stored at 2-8C after reconstitution and saw no degradation over the 30 day window per the supplier guidance.
good purity, mild reduction-state concern
Reduced GSH is sensitive to oxidation. Their product appears to be in proper reduced form on Ellman's assay but I'd recommend storing at -20C immediately on receipt and using nitrogen overlay if you reconstitute partial volumes. This is a peptide-quality issue not a 22EXO issue.

blue is real blue
the blue color is intense which is what you want for actual ghk-cu (the copper complex is blue). we've gotten lots from other suppliers that were nearly clear which makes you wonder. this is the real deal.

ghrp-6 is the original and the most studied. 22EXO's is good quality. would have liked a 10mg option also.

the classic stack. 22EXO blend is 1:1 ratio at 5mg total. for short-pulse research this is exactly what i need. clean reconstitution.
convenience factor is huge
having both peptides pre-blended at the right ratio saves me reconstituting two vials separately. for protocols where you want them together this is a huge time saver. lyo cake was uniform.
fine, vial seal a bit loose on one
one of two vials had a slightly loose flip-top seal but the inner stopper was intact and the cake was sealed. probably a QC catch. they offered to replace, didn't bother since the product was fine.
mitochondrial peptide done right
mots-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide and the synthesis is more challenging than a typical peptide. 22EXO got it right. purity 98.7 confirmed in lab.

10mg is the standard volume for chronic-dosing experiments. their version is clean and reasonably priced.
DSIP for sleep research
dsip is uncommon but i found 22EXO carries it. quality is on par with their other peptides.

Fragment integrity is excellent
We see complete and intact 176-191 sequence on tandem MS. No truncation products at detectable levels. Quality control here is clearly tight.
academic lab use
Bought for a wound-healing assay. Lyophilized cake was intact, dissolved in BAC water with no swirl-time issues. Mass spec matched the spec sheet identity peak. The cost difference vs. our previous vendor is noticeable.

Stored at -20C for 6 weeks before opening, no signs of degradation. HPLC showed no significant new peaks vs. day-zero reference.

sermorelin is the og ghrh research analog and 22EXO's quality is up there with the best. nice cake, dissolves clean.

triple stack reconstitutes clean
Was a little nervous about a 3-component blend showing turbidity on rehydration but it dissolved completely clear. COA breaks out each individual peptide purity which I appreciate.
